The HPM Breeze mist mixing nozzle Z05 is used for the lubrication of tools in metal cutting. It can be used for the initial equipment and for the retrofitting or upgrading of machine tools. The complete encapsulation of the machine with a suitable extraction system is recommended.

Application:
The HPM Breeze mist mixing nozzle Z05 is used in simple machines (eg, arm drills, manual lathes or milling machines) and with tools Ø> = 5 mm.

Operation Purpose:
Internal lubrication with coolant adapter, external lubrication of mist mixing pressure nozzles. Internal lubrication by IKZ. IKZ Tools with internal coolant supply at least 0.3 mm2 cross-sectional area.

Function:
Even aerosol production with the help of regular compressed air. No clocks at the aerosol output. Turning over 3 / 2 way valve.
