The HPM Breeze method is the consistent further development of previously known methods for applying various kinds of liquids in fine form. Based on existing core applications in the use of fluids and the main techniques used here (lubrication / MMS / MCL) is shown with the progress of technical development that the existing processes no longer meet today's needs adequately.

The HPM Breeze method takes up the new technical requirements and interprets the previously known ways of spreading of liquids from scratch. The result proves the HPM Breeze processes both in technical, economic and environmental terms, as a meaningful development of the current process technologies with clear benefits.

The liquid comes almost without delay to the processing site. The equipment shows a constant supply of liquids, i.e. without misfires. A simple handling and precise metering are also available. Complex elaborate arrangements with different process conditions on the arrangements are controlled by the machine (computer control) were added. This in turn can be adjusted in several coordinated with the process and retrieved.

The HPM Breeze process is used to lubricate and cool machining processes with extremely small quantities of cooling lubricant. An air-fluid mixture that prevents the development of frictional heat with optimal lubrication is employed for this purpose. The remaining heat is dissipated with the chip.

All HPM Breeze units are used for lubricating tools in machining production processes. They can be used for both the original equipment and for the retrofitting or conversion of machine tools. The complete encapsulation of the processing machine with a suitable extraction system is recommended.

Thanks to the possibility of internal lubrication, the systems can lubricated tools with cooling duct diameters up to 0,2 mm ( Z40AI) with fluid mist (aerosol). In this case the lubricant is routed directly through the tool spindle and the tool to the tool cutting edge.
