HPM Technologie Minimum quantity fluids have been used for 30 years with excellent results in the following processes::

• as lubricants and drawing compounds for stamping and deep-drawing
• in assembly equipment and for machine cutting
• cutting and perforating sheet metal (aluminium, steel, copper, brass, galvanised or tin-plated, transformer and electrical sheet steel, painted or coated sheet metal)
• bending and embossing
• as a cooling lubricant for sawing, drilling, milling and engraving
• as a slip additive for cutting non-metallic materials
• for manufacturing food packaging

With fine, economical and uniform application, the drying time is reduced to a few minutes up to one hour (depending on the formulation). Even though they “evaporate 100% residue-free”, HPM Technologie Minimum quantity fluids have an extraordinarily high lubricating capacity (comparable to non residue-free lubricants).
