SAMNOS Minimum quantity fluids
The minimum quantity fluids of the HPM Technologie GmbH have been used for over 30 years with outstanding process results in various fields. In the metalworking-SAMNOS convincing demonstration of HPM-liquids, especially
- as lubricants and drawing compounds for punching and deep drawing
- in assembly and in machining
- cutting and punching of sheet metal (aluminum, steel, copper, brass, zinc or
tin, transformer and dynamo sheets, painted or coated sheet) - Cold roll
- bending and stamping
- as a coolant when cutting, drilling, milling and engraving
- as a lubricant for cutting non-metallic materials
- for the production of food packaging
In order to use the positive characteristics of SAMNOS optimally, the order should take place super finely (e.g. with a HPM technology micro spraying equipment). Thus the quantities consumed can be reduced to the maximally process-technically necessary minimum. To recommend less is processing over felt rollers, brushes or roles. Here too much liquid is released and goes lost. SAMNOS is available in the container sizes of 200, 25 and 10 liters.
