Special cooling lubricating fluids for use with the HPM Breeze method.

The HPM Technologie GmbH has developed with the HPM Breeze a groundbreaking lubrication method, which is used mainly in the metal working and processing in the machining area .

The HPM Breeze method is particularly suitable for retrofitting existing equipment and new machining centers and center lathes. HPM Breeze for the internal lubrication replace the existing methods such as KSS, MMS and MMKS and enables improvements in both qualitative as well as in economic and environmental terms.

For the application of the HPM Breeze methods have been developed with the "Pimos " a special cooling lubrication fluid, enabling the optimal conditions for the reliable transport through the spindle and tool for action site. Almost all the fluid out of the "Pimos” family of products are environmentally friendly cooling lubricants on vegetable base.

Depending what materials is to be processed using the HPM Breeze Micro Spray Injector  or the HPM Breeze Liquefied Mist Injector , we will appoint you  a suitable lubricant from the "Pimos" - product group.
