Even if our customers think that HPM spray heads and devices are almost indestructible, continuous care and attendance is as important as it is for any other part of the production process. Corresponding care instructions are therefore an inherent part of the HPM-operating instructions.

We however recommend maintenance at regular intervals or at least the occasional inspection by one of our service technician. Through contamination by substances from the surroundings of the workspace f. e. dust or by the exposure when using different fluids (f.e. bacteria that can be formed in emulsions) it is possible that after a period of time the complete efficiency of the spraying devices is affected. This may be lead to reduction of the product quality, to impairment of durability or to other unintentional results.
